Etiquette and Policies
All appointments are confirmed by the clinic prior to your scheduled visit. Appointments that cannot be confirmed will not be held. It is, therefore, advisable that you provide us with your most accessible telephone number.
Treatments that run for over 1 hour require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment, or credit card details to be left with reception.
In the event of a cancellation or alteration of an appointment, we ask you to provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last minutes changes and no-shows disturb our business quite significantly, so a 50% fee will be charged if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
Please arrive on time so that we can provide you with your full treatment.
